3. Website content

We take reasonable care to ensure the information on our website is accurate and up to date.

However, product information may change from time to time due to:

  • seasonal availability;
  • supplier changes;
  • artisan production variation;
  • packaging changes;
  • plant growth variation;
  • batch variation;
  • ingredient availability;
  • photography differences;
  • website updates.

Images are for general presentation purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in colour, size, shape, packaging, plant maturity, presentation or seasonal appearance.

We will not knowingly publish false or misleading product information.

4. Product availability

Products are subject to availability.

We may limit quantities, discontinue products, update pricing, change product inclusions or remove items from sale at any time, subject to orders already accepted and legal obligations.

If a product is unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you to offer an appropriate option, which may include:

  • substitution;
  • delayed fulfilment;
  • partial fulfilment;
  • store credit;
  • refund;
  • cancellation of the unavailable item.

5. Gift box substitutions

Our gift boxes may include products from local, regional, seasonal, small-batch or artisan suppliers.

Where an item is unavailable, we may substitute a product with another item of equal or greater value, provided the substitution is consistent with the gift box theme and quality.

For corporate gifting, branded or custom orders, we will seek approval for material substitutions where practicable.

6. Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian dollars.

Prices may include or exclude GST depending on Bronze Wattle Co’s GST registration status at the relevant time. The website checkout or invoice will state the applicable position.

We reserve the right to update prices at any time before an order is accepted.

If a pricing error is obvious or material, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order for a refund.

We will not use false, misleading or deceptive pricing claims.

7. Payment

Payment must be made using the payment methods available at checkout or stated on your invoice.

Orders may not be processed until payment has been received or approved.

For corporate gifting or custom orders, we may require a deposit, staged payment or full payment before sourcing, production, assembly or dispatch.

8. Order acceptance

An order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance by issuing an order confirmation, tax invoice, fulfilment confirmation or written acceptance.

We may decline or cancel an order where:

  • the product is unavailable;
  • payment is not received;
  • there is a suspected fraud or security issue;
  • delivery is unavailable to the requested location;
  • the order contains an obvious error;
  • the customer has provided incomplete or incorrect information;
  • fulfilling the order would breach legal, safety or compliance obligations.

If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will provide an appropriate refund for the cancelled portion.

9. Delivery

Delivery options, costs and estimated timeframes will be shown at checkout or confirmed in writing.

Delivery estimates are estimates only. They may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, peak periods, supplier delays, regional delivery conditions or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

We are not responsible for delivery failure, delay, spoilage, plant decline or loss caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

For perishable, plant or temperature-sensitive goods, customers are responsible for ensuring the recipient can receive, collect, unpack and store the product promptly.

10. Authority to leave

If you request or authorise delivery to be left unattended, you accept the risk of loss, theft, heat damage, weather damage, plant decline or deterioration after delivery is completed.

This does not affect your rights if the product was faulty or damaged before delivery.

11. Food, allergen and edible product information

Some products may contain or be exposed to allergens.

Where required or appropriate, we will provide ingredient, allergen, storage and best-before information.

Customers are responsible for reading product labels and warnings before consumption.

If you or a recipient has a serious allergy or dietary requirement, contact us before ordering. We cannot guarantee that all products are free from traces of allergens unless expressly stated in writing.

We do not provide medical, therapeutic or health advice.

12. Plant and grow product information

Plant and grow products may vary naturally in size, colour, shape, maturity and seasonal condition.

Plant care information is general guidance only. Plant performance depends on customer care, weather, soil, watering, light, pests, climate, handling and local conditions.

Customers are responsible for checking whether a plant, seed or grow product is suitable for their location, household, pets, children and intended use.

Where a product is labelled as edible, customers should still follow care, hygiene and use instructions.

Where there is inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions and a specific written corporate gifting agreement or quote, the specific written agreement will apply to the extent of the inconsistency, provided it does not unlawfully limit consumer rights or small business rights.

You must not copy, reproduce, adapt, distribute, modify or use our intellectual property without written permission.
